    The coach’s role is listen to hear and to affirm that the client has the potential within themselves to accomplish their desired results.

    2. Why should coaches believe in a client’s potential for success?
    Because it is within the client’s ability to have success for what they seek.

    3. How would you describe style diversity?
    Style diversity best describe is how we each individual responded to any give situation it is how we are wired to responded when we are interacting with others it is unique to each of us.

    4. Why is it important for coaches to help clients assess their style strengths and excesses?
    It will help the client better manage themselves in calm or storm. It will help the client learn skills in their not so strong style.
    5. How does assessment help improve the coaching communication?
    Assessments helps improve communication by enabling the coach to ask the question that help the client understand what he already has the answer for but needs to verbalize. The assessment can also help the coach to create the style of coaching that will best work with the client’s style.

    6. How would you describe a skill building power tool in coaching?
    A skill building power tool helps the client to build on the style that is not their strength (with the coaching) enabling them to manage their reaction to changes or the situation. This same situation could have in the best brought undesirable consequences.

    The role is so that within the coaching process he/she will have a guide as to how far the coachee can go with the process.

    2. Why should coaches believe in a client’s potential for success? The coaches should believe in the client’s potential for success because this will determine the level of achievement in the process.

    3. How would you describe style diversity? Style diversity refers to the manner of handling an interaction based on development. Life coaching has categorized styles into 4 types, based on the person’s attitude in the relating process.

    4. Why is it important for coaches to help clients assess their style strengths and excesses? It is important for coaches to assess the style strengths and excesses to prepare for the calm or storm excesses that may occur and teach them how to handle them.

    5. How does assessment help improve the coaching communication? Assessment does help to improve the coaching communication because it gives an appreciation of the 9 categories of the person’s makeup and these categories direct the coaching input in working with the client.

    6. How would you describe a skill building power tool in coaching? The skill building power tool in coaching is a strategy used by a coach to empower the coachee to manage excesses and even to prevent the coachee from reaching a point of excess.
