What this means is that you will become one of the first group of individuals licensed to use the Interpersonal Wellness System™ (IWS) model, assessment and goal setting tools in your practice. The IWQ is a web based instrument that will allow clients to measure their wellness in eight dimensions before and after their work with a coach or consultant. The results serve many purposes including alerting both the client and coach of where the deficits are and allowing for goal setting and action steps that are measurable.
The instrument also allows for more comprehensive work for teams and groups by allowing for an IWQ measurement of the entire group or team with a detailed graph result that shows where the group development needs should be focused. This allows for more accurate assessment of the team’s challenges and provides an additional cost saving through early detection, which gives rise to more concise solutions.
