Relationships that Foster Wellness

I just finished writing my fourth book and thoroughly enjoyed the process. Writing this book has changed my life and I believe it will also change your life and relationships. Come along on this journey with me to explore the Interpersonal Wellness System theory—A process developed to help us work, live and play well with others. Below are some excerpts from the book I would like to share with you:

“The relationships we encourage and foster can transform who we are and can determine the state of our well being”.

“Coaching is a dialogue of possibilities about whom we are and who we want to become
on this journey of life relationships.”

“To feel truly alive is to be in a relationship where you feel safe enough to risk being yourself, to be with others who allow you to be who you were meant to be, to experience a strong sense of belonging and empowerment that is mutually fulfilling, celebrated and fun. The challenge is finding a roadmap to create such a relationship”.
