Interpersonal Intelligence

Intelligent People Know What They Have

Intelligent people know what they have to offer and how to use it for theirs and others success. To achieve success, we need to become aware of ourselves, our choices, our actions and their consequences.

Imagine your employees becoming aware of their capacity to contribute, and taking on the responsibility for this. It has been proven that employees, who know and understand their capacity, become positively engaged, enthused and motivated to take on the responsibility for change and growth. They also demonstrate a high level of awareness and accountability for their choices.

This shifts the responsibility of learning from being organizationally led to employee led; resulting in higher output, lower burnout or stress leave, a higher sense of commitment and a brilliant and intelligent workforce.
